  1. What is included in the Registration Fee?
    Registration Fee consists of Convention Fee and Accommodation Fee.  

  2. What is included in the Convention Fee?
    Convention Fee includes access to all general and parallel programs, meals starting from dinner on the 1st day, breakfast, lunch, and dinner on the 2nd, 3rd, 4th day, and breakfast on the 5th day, and access to YouTube recording of live streamed programs.   

  3. Can we join the convention but stay somewhere else?
    Yes, you can select No Accommodation during registration. However, you do not have access to the Resort facilities.  

  4. Can we join the convention partially and not the entire duration?
    Yes, you can join anytime you want.  Convention Fee is flat rate regardless how many days you attend the convention.  During room reservation you can select the check-in and check-out date according to your schedule.

  5. Is there a shuttle from the airport to the hotel?
    No, there is no shuttle service from the airport to the hotel.  The hotel is located approx. 16-miles from ORD and 19-miles from MDW.  The easiest way to get to the hotel from the airport is by using ride sharing services.  

  6. Is parking free?
    Yes, parking is free at this hotel. 

  7. Where can I find the speaker line up?
    Once they’re available, the speaker line up will be available at Muktamar website https://muktamar.us.

  8. Where can I find the program schedule?
    Once they’re available, the program schedule will be available thru Muktamar website https://muktamar.us and will be announced to participants and Muktamar social media sites.  

  9. When should we arrive at the hotel and when should we leave?
    Registration and check-in is at 4pm CT on the 1st day (12/25).  First program will be after the 1st day dinner.   The Grand Opening will be in the morning of the 2nd day (12/26).  Check-out will be after the last day breakfast (12/29) before 12pm CT.  

  10. What should I do if I reserve extra nights before the event? 
    Arrival procedures will be posted on Muktamar website https://muktamar.us and will be announced to participants when they’re available. 

  11. If I arrive in the morning of the 1st day (12/25) can I go to my room or do I need to reserve the extra night?
    Check-in is at 3pm.  If you arrive in the morning and want to go to your room, you need to reserve the extra night.  However, you’re free to wait until registration and check-in starts at 3pm.   Designated areas where you can wait will be announced in the Arrival Procedure. 

  12. If I reserve a whole room, can I add a special request?
    Yes, during registration you can add special requests by writing them down in the Note section.  After registration, you can send your request via email to registration@muktamar.us.  Please note that all requests are not guaranteed.  

  13. Can I request a rollaway or extra bed? 
    Hilton Chicago/Oak Brook Hills Resort & Conference Center  does not have any more rollaway or extra bed. 

  14. If I stay in a shared room, can I request my roommates?
    Yes, during registration you can request roommates by writing them down in the Note section.  After registration you can request roommates by sending an email to registration@muktamar.us.  Please note that all requests are not guaranteed.  

  15. What if I need to make any changes to my registration?  
    You can send email to registration@muktamar.us

  16. Can I cancel my registration?
    Please refer to Terms & Conditions located at Muktamar website for cancellation policy. 

  17. My child is a high school student, can they register for Muktamar by themselves without parents?  
    No.  Every minor has to be accompanied by a parent or guardian.  Parents and guardians are responsible for their children at all times during Muktamar.  

  18. It says that children younger than 6 have to be accompanied by a parent or guardian to join the field trip.  Does the adult have to register for the field trip too?
    Yes, the adult accompanying a child under 6 years old has to register for the field trip.  

  19. When can I register as a bazaar vendor?
    Bazaar registration will be announced to participants and Muktamar social media sites. 

  20. My question is not here, what should I do?
