Registration for the field trip is open until Tuesday, December 1, 2026, at 11:59pm CST, or until we reach capacity, whichever comes first.

Child & Youth (3-17 years old): $33
Adult (18+ years old): $43
Price includes 1 special exhibit.
Children 0 to 5 years old must be accompanied by a paying parent or guardian
Volunteer Chaperone will supervise a group of children 6 years old and up.
Rules and Regulations
- Participants must follow the rules and regulations established by the Field Trip 0Committee.
- The field trip is exclusively open to registered Muktamar participants.
- All field trip participants must gather at the designated meeting place, which will be announced prior to the field trip date, at the designated time. Participants are responsible for arriving at the meeting place on time to avoid missing the bus or group entry to the venue.
- Parents or guardians of minor participants who attend the field trip without a parent or guardian must remain reachable at the contact number provided during registration for the entire duration of the field trip.
- The Committee is not responsible for participants who miss their bus or are denied entry to the field trip destination due to late arrival at the designated meeting point. No refunds will be issued to participants who miss their bus or are denied entry to the field trip destination due to late arrival.
- Participants will be assigned to groups, each with a designated group leader.
- Participants must follow the directions and instructions of their group leader, the Field Trip Coordinator, and the bus driver.
- Participants must wear their Muktamar name tag visibly at all times.
- Participants must wear appropriate Muslim attire and maintain proper Muslim conduct and behavior throughout the entire field trip.
- Participants should report any problems or concerns to their group leader, who will communicate them to the Field Trip Committee.
- Participants who engage in unruly behavior will receive a warning from their group leader and/or the Field Trip Committee. Repeat offenses may result in removal from the field trip. In such cases, parents or guardians will be responsible for arranging transportation back to the hotel.
- Minor participants with special needs, separation anxiety, and/or who require special attention or assistance must be accompanied by a paying parent or guardian.
- Parents or guardians of minor participants must promptly pick up their children upon arrival back at the hotel at the designated time and location.
Volunteer Chaperones:
- Chaperones must be 21 years of age or older.
- The field trip fee does not apply to chaperones. Chaperones may join the trip free of charge in exchange for volunteering their time.
- Chaperones will be assigned to minor participants between the ages of 6 and 17. Children younger than 6 years old must be accompanied by a parent or guardian.
- Parents who volunteer as chaperones may be assigned as group leaders and will be responsible for overseeing a group that includes their own child throughout the trip.
- Chaperones are responsible for the supervision and accountability of all assigned participants, not just their own child, in the case of parent volunteers.
- Chaperones are expected to maintain order within the group and address any disruptive behavior by participants.
- Chaperones must have a list of the children's names and important contact information. They should learn the children's names as soon as possible and be aware of any allergies or medical conditions.
- Chaperones should take note of the meeting place and time, especially if their group is permitted to explore the grounds independently.
- If possible, chaperones should research the field trip destination beforehand to familiarize themselves with the area and have a better understanding of what to expect.
Changes and Cancellation
- Requests for changes or cancellations can be made by sending an email to registration@muktamar.us.
- Requests for cancellations will be accepted until Tuesday, December 1, 2026.
- No refunds will be issued for cancellations made after Tuesday, December 1, 2026; however, the spot may be transferred to another person.
- Requests for changes received by Tuesday, December 15, 2026, will be processed by the Registration Team, subject to eligibility and space availability.
- After Tuesday, December 15, 2026, requests for changes must be directed to the onsite Field Trip Committee.

The Participant hereby agrees to abide by the terms and conditions provided above and confirms that the information provided in the registration form is true and correct. For a minor Participant, a parent or legal guardian must agree to these terms and conditions on behalf of the child.
