Lecture 2a. Leadership & Strengthening Your Community (Older Youth)
In this panel and workshop, joined by leaders in our very own community, we will learn and share experiences in leadership and the potential our communities can reach. What do our communities mean to us and how can we overcome any obstacles?
Lecture 2b. Coming of Age: Understanding Your Emotions (Younger Youth)
We make many mistakes in our youth and it's up to us to learn from them, but that doesn't mean we have to shoulder all that weight by ourselves. In this session, we will learn to understand and cope with our emotions so that we, and the people around us, can live healthily and happily.
Lecture 3a. Mental Health: Learning to Take Care of Yourself Before Taking Care of Others (Older Youth)
Even as youths, most of us hold a lot of weight, responsibility, and stress; more than what people usually assume and a lot of it due to factors we can't control ourselves. In this session, we will learn how we, as Muslims, can work through issues and learn to properly prioritize ourselves sometimes without feeling selfish.
Lecture 3b. Unity: Lessons From the Quran (Younger Youth)
Taking examples from the Quran, we will learn about how we can show patience with the ones we love but also about what can cause division amongst us too. How do we avoid or solve conflict and what are some signs that lead to disunity?

Lecture 4. Heartwork is Hard Work: Rekindling Our Relationship with Allah (All Youth)
Our relationship with Allah is the most important one we have but is often the most overlooked. How can we prevent this while also strengthening such a connection? In this session, we will learn how to maintain our trust in Allah and how to keep our hearts close to Him as well.
Lecture 5a. Tolerance & Togetherness: Navigating Difference in the Community (Older Youth)
Being both ethnic and religious minorites here in America, we are no strangers to discrimination and prejudice. However, sometimes we incorrectly think that we are incapable of such things because of it. In this session, we will engage in deep reflection of ourselves and our communities and how we can genuinely be more inclusive and practice togetherness.
Lecture 5b. Bridging the Gap: Connecting With Friends & Family (Younger Youth)
Our community and the ties we hold with our friends and family are important and should be cherished now more than ever. We are responsible for the connections we make and the encounters we'll have and they should be handled with great care.
