Arrival Procedure

General Information

• Standard Hotel Check-in is 4pm and Check-out is 11am.
• Family registration will be under the main participant’s name. To check the main participant’s name, login to your account on Muktamar website, the first name on your registration is the main participant’s name.
• Muktamar name tag must be worn and visible at all times when participants are outside their own hotel room.
• It is prohibited to lend name tags to other people.
• Please complete your payment prior to arriving to minimize the check-in procedure time.
• If you need to make an onsite cash payment, please prepare the exact change.
• If you need to use the resort facility or any other service that requires payment, you need to ask the hotel to turn on your room incidentals and provide a credit card to the hotel front desk.
• On Dec. 25th, onsite registration will start at 3pm. Please avoid arriving before 3pm. If you need to arrive earlier, you may wait in the registration area (Highland 1) but your room will not be available before the official onsite registration time.
• Please be patient. We are trying our best to serve you.

Check-in Procedure

1. Early Arrival: Early Arrival: Dec. 22nd thru Dec. 24th
   • Upon arrival, participants should check-in to the hotel front desk to get their room key. Please be mindful of Hotel check-in time policy.
   • On Dec. 25th, participants need to check-in to Muktamar registration desk to get a name tag and other registration kit. Please refer to the General Arrival check-in procedure on Dec. 25th.
2. General Arrival: Dec. 25
   Registration Time: 3pm - 10pm
   Location: Highland 1, See Map.
   
   • Registration team will provide participants with Muktamar name tag and room pass key for those staying at the hotel.
   • Participants arriving later than 10pm will need to check in and get their room key from the hotel front desk and check in at the registration desk the next day (see location for Late Arrival below).
3. Late Arrival: Dec. 26
   Registration Time: 8am to 2pm (noon)
   Location: Registration area at the entrance to Grande Ballroom.
   Please call the registration on-call team if you're arriving after 2pm.
   Contact information of the on-call team will be displayed in the Registration area.
   
4. Late Arrival: Dec. 27th and 28th
   Registration Time: 8am to 12pm
   Location: Registration area at the entrance to Grande Ballroom.
   Please call the registration on-call team if you're arriving after 12pm.
   Contact information of the on-call team will be displayed in the Registration area.
   

Family Trip

Family trip participants who are checking out on 12/29 can store their luggage with hotel’s concierge at the lobby prior to leaving for the trip.
