Arrival Procedure

General Information

• Standard hotel check-in is at 4:00 PM and check-out is at 11:00 AM.
• Family registration will be under the main participant’s name and order ID. To check the main participant’s name, log in to your account on the Muktamar website. Order ID can be found at the top of your account page and the first name listed on your registration is the main participant.
• Your Muktamar name tag must be worn and visible at all times when you are outside your hotel room. Lending your name tag to others is strictly prohibited.
• Do not lose your name tag. You will need your name tag to pick up breakfast to-go on the last day, 12/27.
• Please complete your payment prior to arrival to minimize check-in time.
• If you need to make an onsite cash payment, please prepare exact change.
• If you wish to use hotel facilities or any services that require payment to the hotel, you must ask the hotel to enable room incidentals and provide a credit card at the front desk.
• On December 23rd, onsite registration will begin at 3:00 PM. Please avoid arriving before 3:00 PM. If you arrive early, you may wait in the lobby area until registration opens.
• If you reserve parking, take the parking ticket to enter the garage. After you receive your room key, your room keys will be used to exit and re-enter as required. Overnight parking has in-and-out privileges.
• Please follow the hotel's parking garage restriction. The garage has a height clearance of 6 feet for self-parking and uses a hotel key card or the Hilton mobile app for access. Larger vehicles require valet service that is not included in your parking reservation with us. Valet service to be arranged and paid directly to the hotel according to their pricing. Parking is on a first-come, first-served basis with no reserved spots. Only one car is allowed per parking reservation. If you have multiple cars, please arrange with the hotel for the extra car’s parking.

Check-in Procedure

1. Early Arrival: December 20–22
• Upon arrival, participants should check in at the hotel front desk to receive their room key. Please be mindful of the hotel’s check-in policy and standard check-in time.
• On December 23rd, participants must check in at the Muktamar registration desk to receive their name tag and registration kit. Please refer to the General Arrival check-in procedure below.
2. General Arrival: December 23rd
   Registration Time: 3:00 PM – 10:00 PM
   Location: Group Registration Area, 1st Floor (See map.)
   
   • The registration team will provide participants with their Muktamar name tag and the room key pass for those staying at the hotel.
   • Participants arriving after 10:00 PM must obtain their room key from the hotel front desk and complete Muktamar registration the next day at the designated Late Arrival location (see below).

• If you are arriving after 2:00 PM, please call the registration on-call team.
• On-call contact information will be displayed in the Registration Area.
3. Late Arrival: December 25th & 26th
   Registration Time: 8:00 AM – 12:00 PM
   Location: Registration Area outside Salon Ballroom, 2nd Floor (see map)
   
   • If you are arriving after 12:00 PM, please call the registration on-call team.
   • On-call contact information will be displayed in the Registration Area.
