Muktamar IMSA-MISG 2025 Bazaar Terms & Conditions
We would like our bazaar to embody the spirit of ukhuwah, volunteerism, and hospitality we find in Muktamar while helping to promote vendors and providing participants with unique goods and delicious foods. As such, bazaar is limited to family-owned, home-based sellers of foods or other goods.
If you provide services or own a larger incorporated entity, please consider sponsoring our Muktamar and get a booth to promote your business.
By registering to participate as a vendor, you agree to the following terms, conditions, rules and regulations.
General Terms and Conditions
- Bazaar venue will take place at Salon West - Hilton Atlanta.
- Bazaar vendors are limited to registered Muktamar participants only. Customers are also intended to be Muktamar participants only.
- Only registered bazaar vendors are permitted to sell food and/or goods during Muktamar, and only within the designated bazaar area.
- Vendors must provide their Muktamar registration number on the bazaar application form.
- Registration does not guarantee a booth. Spots will be confirmed via email by the Bazaar Committee.
- Fees:
- $250 for one booth (non-food items)
- $300 for one booth (food items)
- Each booth includes one table measuring 6' x 30".
- Space is limited. Each vendor may register for only one booth. Registration will close once all available booths are filled.
- Vendors must be at least 18 years old.
- Bazaar hours:
- December 23: 4:00 PM – 10:00 PM
- December 24, 25, 26: 8:00 AM – 10:00 PM
- Vendors must check in with the Bazaar Committee before setting up their displays.
- If a vendor is not present by 10:00 AM on December 24 without prior notification, the booth may be reassigned to another vendor on the waitlist. The original vendor will forfeit their booth fee.
- All booths must be cleaned and cleared by 10:00 AM on December 27, 2025.
- Food vendors must, at minimum, have a Georgia Food Handler Certificate. Please email a copy of your certificate to bazaar@muktamar.us by December 21st at the latest. Failure to comply will result in cancellation of your bazaar registration and registration fee will not be refunded.
- Exceptions to item 13 apply to vendors selling Cottage Food. However, they must still comply with Cottage Food regulations https://agr.georgia.gov/cottage-food.

Rules and Regulations
- Muktamar will provide one (1) 6’ x 30” table and two (2) chairs for each booth.
- The Muktamar Committee is not responsible for any damage to or loss of merchandise or money.
- Display materials may not be nailed, bolted to the floor, or attached to walls or ceilings. Tape of any kind is not allowed on any painted surface.
- Food and non-food vendors will be assigned to separate designated areas within the Bazaar venue. Vendors may not request to be relocated between these areas.
- Vendor tables will be assigned on a lottery basis. Vendors may not move to a different table without prior approval from the Bazaar Committee.
- Table numbers will be distributed on the first day of Muktamar – December 23, 2025, at 3:00 PM at the hotel.
- Unauthorized fundraising or soliciting is strictly prohibited in the Bazaar venue or any other convention areas without formal consent from the Muktamar Committee.
- Vendors may only sell items listed in their original application. Offensive materials are strictly prohibited.
- No balloons of any size or type are allowed for display in the bazaar area.
- Vendors are prohibited from selling or marketing any merchandise featuring Muktamar 2025 logos or similar branding, unless authorized by the Muktamar 2025 Bazaar Committee.
- Only vendors who have received official authorization are permitted to sell or market merchandise with Muktamar 2025 logos.
- Vendors are strictly prohibited from selling or distributing pirated materials.
- Vendors may not use another vendor's booth without the owner’s and committee’s permission.
- Vendors may not share or sublet any portion of their booth space without prior knowledge and approval from the Bazaar Committee.
- Vendors are not allowed to sell merchandise related to political campaigns.
- Vendors are expected to report any Bazaar-related issues to the committee during the event.
- Vendors are responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and tidiness of their booth throughout the event.
- Food and non-food items may not be sold at the same booth unless approved by the Bazaar Committee. To request approval, please email: bazaar@muktamar.us
- If approved, the table assignment will be based on which type of item (food or non-food) is most prominent. Vendors selling both food and non-food items may be charged the food booth rate of $300.
- Only halal and zabiha pre-packaged food, snacks, and drinks may be sold in the Bazaar.
- All food must be sealed in closed, secure containers.
- The following items are not permitted in the bazaar area: Open flames, candles, sterno, microwave, toaster oven, electric pot, electric skillet, rice cooker, slow cooker, refrigerator, or other similar appliances.
- Cooking of any kind is strictly prohibited inside hotel rooms or anywhere else on hotel property.
- Vendors will be held responsible for any damage to hotel property resulting from their activities in the Bazaar area.
Payment Information
- Accepted Payment Methods: PayPal, Zelle, and Check
- All payments must be sent no later than the final day of the Muktamar registration period. The payment date (PayPal, Zelle, or check postmark) will be used as the official submission date.
- PayPal & Zelle: Send payment to: muktamar@imsa.us
- For PayPal: Include the Invoice ID, Name, Email, Phone Number, and the note: “Payment for Bazaar”
- For Zelle: Include your Name and the note: “Payment for Bazaar”
- For Check: Make checks payable to: IMSA.
Include your Name and write: “Payment for Bazaar” in the memo line.

Cancellation Policy
- Full Refund: No cancellation fee will apply for booths canceled on or before November 30, 2025.
- Partial Refund: A 50% refund will be issued for cancellations received between December 1 and December 10, 2025.
- No Refund: Cancellations made after December 10, 2025, will not be eligible for any refund.
- Refunds will be processed and issued within two (2) weeks after the end of Muktamar, on or after December 27, 2025.
- All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing via email to: bazaar@muktamar.us
Suggestions for Vendor
- Display sweets with care:
Cookies, candies, and other items that may attract children should be placed out of children’s reach—for example, in elevated containers or on higher display stands. - Use a secure payment box:
For safety, your payment box should be: - Opaque (not transparent)
- Sturdy (not too light or easily moved)
- Appropriately sized (not too small)
- Equipped with a lid for added security
- Handle expensive merchandise carefully:
For high-value items such as electronics, it is recommended to display only the product box or a printed photo, along with:- A clear description of the item
- The vendor’s contact information for inquiries or purchases
