Registration

How do I register for vMuktamar?
How do I make the payments for the registration and/or the merchandise?

When you click 'Proceed to Payment', you will be directed to PayPal page and you can pay using a PayPal account OR a debit/credit card.

I don’t have a PayPal account. How do I proceed with payment?
What happens after your registration is completed?

You will receive a confirmation email about your registration and login details. If for some reasons you don't receive the confirmation email, please visit https://muktamar.us/account/forgotpassword to reset and create your account. If you still do not receive reset email, please send email to registration@muktamar.us.

Why have I not received my free mask as part of the registration?

The mask is limited to the first 300 registrants. Also, please expect some delay from USPS because of end of year sales and weather conditions.

vMuktamar 2020 Login and Link Access

Please go to https://muktamar.us/account/login and click forgot password. Make sure to type in your email address instead of copy/paste.

What can I do when I login to my vMuktamar account?

When you login into your account, you can:

  • Change/update your profile,
  • Add your family members (except Madrasah family members as the class size is already full),
  • Purchasing bazaar items,
  • Access the convention sessions (Zoom and Youtube links) from the Program menu
Can I join multiple sessions at the same time on different devices?

Yes. If you and your family members would like to listen to different parallel sessions, for example, you can login into two devices using the same credentials. Likewise, if your child needs to join the madrasah session while you are listening to yours, you can use the same account on multiple devices.

What if I have issues to access the login page or the convention sessions during the convention?

Please go to our Front Desk tab, you will be directed to a Zoom meeting. Or click http://frontdesk.muktamar.us to be directed to the Front Desk. Someone will be assisting you to resolve your issue(s). The Front Desk will be open during the convention 9am - 9pm Eastern Time.

Bazaar

Where can I purchase vMuktamar merchandise?

Please login to your account and go to the Bazaar tab, or go straight to https://muktamar.us/bazaar.

Why have I not received my order?

You should receive a notification from Paypal containing the shipment details after a few days. If you have not, please send an email to registration@muktamar.us to check on the orders.

Can I change my order (the size, quantity etc..)?

If your items are not yet shipped, please send an email to registration@muktamar.us to request for a change.

What if I receive a wrong order?

Please contact registration@muktamar.us.

I have received the shipment details but I have yet to receive my package. What should I do?

Please expect some delay from USPS because of end of year sales and weather conditions. You can track your order using the USPS tracking number given in the shipment email by Paypal.

Madrasah

What is Madrasah?

Madrasah is a child-focused Islamic program where they learn about Islam in a fun, interactive and child friendly setting. Our theme for this year is “Why Bad Things Happen to Good People?” while learning about Prophet Stories from Nabi Nuh AS, Nabi Ibrahim AS, dan Nabi Musa AS.

What age is the Madrasah program for?

Children will be divided into three age groups: Group Nuh: Age 4-6 Group Ibrahim: Age 7-8 Group Musa: Age 9-11

Do I have to pay an extra fee for Madrasah?

No fee, but children must be registered under parents’ registration.

I forgot to add my child(ren) in my registration. Can I still add them?

Unfortunately, the registration for Madrasah is already closed.

How do I access the Madrasah program?

You can access the Madrasah program at the Program > Madrasah tab. There will be links to each of the Madrasah sessions.

How do I contact the Madrasah person in charge?

If you have questions or problems during the sessions, please direct to the Front Desk to get assisted.

Youth

What age is the Youth program for?

Youth program is for the 12 years old and above (middle and high school).

What if my child is in college, can s/he still join the Youth program?

For college students, your child can choose either to join the Youth program (Older Youth) or General session.

Do I have to pay an extra fee for the Youth program?

No fee, but children must be registered under parents’ registration.

I forgot to add my child(ren) in my registration. Can I still add them?

Yes, you can add your youth children to your registration on your Profile.

How do I access the Youth program?

You can access the Youth program at the Program > Youth tab. There will be links to each of the Madrasah sessions.

How do I contact the Youth person in charge?

If you have questions or problems during the sessions, please direct to the Front Desk to get assisted.

Yaumun Nisa

What is Yaumun Nisa?

Yaumun Nisa is a one day private event for sisters only. No men are allowed to participate. Our theme for this year is “Finding Hikma in Dealing with Hardship”.

When is Yaumun Nisa?

It will be held on Saturday, December 26, 2020 at 10.30 am - 3.00 pm Eastern Time.

How can I participate in Yaumun Nisa?

You need to be a registered vMuktamar participant (women only) to participate in Yaumun Nisa program. In order to participate in the parallel programs (workshop, games, video challenge), you MUST REGISTER at https://tinyurl.com/DaftarYaumunnisa by December 24, 2020.

How do I join the workshop and games sessions?

Person in charge will be contacting you regarding each session, please register before the deadline to receive the information.

How do I contact the Yaumunnisa person in charge?

If you have questions or problems during the sessions, please direct to the Front Desk to get assisted.

Sponsorship

I am interested in being a sponsor. Where should I go?

For sponsorship and donation, please contact us at registration@muktamar.us.

What are the perks of being a sponsor?

All of our sponsors receive the following basic package:

  • Sponsor’s logo on the screen in the beginning and ending of a session for all sessions during virtual muktamar, dedicated to showcase our sponsors
  • Sponsor’s logo on the convention website. The earlier the sponsor sends a donation, the longer exposure they can get. Donations received by November will naturally receive the most visibility
In addition to the above, our sponsors will receive one or more of these following services, depending on the level of sponsorship and our sponsor’s needs:
  • One-minute video presentation during sessions’s break
  • Full exposure to Indonesian and Malaysian communities in the US and abroad by means of Radio IMSA. Radio IMSA is an online da’wah radio service using the latest audio and video technology to reach viewers from US, Canada and overseas
  • Other requests customized for our sponsor
