- What is included in the Registration Fee?
The Registration Fee consists of two components: the Convention Fee and the Accommodation Fee.
- What is included in the Convention Fee?
The Convention Fee includes:
- Access to all general and parallel programs
- Registration kit (name tags for all participants and a tote bag for family and individual registrants)
- Meals during Muktamar (a total of 11 meals):
- Dinner on 12/23
- Breakfast, lunch, and dinner on 12/24, 12/25, and 12/26
- Breakfast on 12/27
- Access to YouTube recordings of live-streamed programs
- What is included in the Accommodation Fee?
The Accommodation Fee covers:
- Hotel charges, including applicable taxes and service fees, for a full or shared room
- Check-in: December 23 at 4:00 PM
- Check-out: December 27 before 11:00 AM
- Access to hotel amenities, including:
- Indoor fitness center
- 15,000-square-foot outdoor fitness area with views of downtown Atlanta

- Can we join the convention but stay somewhere else?
Yes, you can select "No Accommodation" during registration. However, please note that you will not have access to the hotel amenities and discounted parking fee. .
- Can we join the convention partially and not the entire duration?
Yes, you may join at any time. However, the Convention Fee is a flat rate, regardless of how many days you attend.
If you choose to reserve accommodation, you can select your check-in and check-out dates during the room reservation process, according to your schedule.
- Is there a shuttle from the airport to the hotel?
No, there is no shuttle service from the airport to the hotel.
The hotel is located approximately 12 miles from the airport. The easiest way to reach the hotel is by using MARTA https://itsmarta.com/ or ride-sharing services. The hotel is connected via skywalk to Peachtree Center and MARTA, linking to ATL airport.
- Is there onsite parking at the hotel?
Yes, there is. Parking is $10 per day if you reserve your accommodation through the Committee. Otherwise, the hotel charges $40 per day for parking.
- Where can I find the speaker line up?
The speaker lineup will be posted on the Muktamar website: hhttps://muktamar.us. Please check the website regularly for updates. It will also be announced through Muktamar’s official social media platforms.
- Where can I find the program schedule?
The program schedule will be posted on the Muktamar website: hhttps://muktamar.us. Please check the website regularly for updates. It will also be announced through Muktamar’s official social media platforms.
- When should we arrive at the hotel and when should we leave?
Onsite registration and hotel check-in begin at 3:00 PM on December 23. The first program will take place after dinner that evening. The Grand Opening will be held on the morning of December 24.
Hotel check-out is after breakfast on December 27 before 11:00 AM..
- What should I do if I reserve extra nights before the event?
If you reserve extra nights before the event, you can check in directly at the hotel upon your arrival to receive your room key.
Then, on December 23, please proceed to the Muktamar Registration desk to complete your event check-in and receive your name tag and other registration materials.
- If I arrive on the morning of December 23, will I be able to go to my room, or do I need to reserve the extra night?
Check-in begins at 4:00 PM. If you arrive in the morning and want to access your room early, you will need to reserve the extra night.
Otherwise, you are welcome to wait until registration and check-in start at 4:00 PM. Designated waiting areas will be announced at a later date.
- If I reserve a whole room, can I add a special request?
Yes, during registration you can include special requests in the Note section.
After registration, you may also send your requests via email to registration@muktamar.us.
Please note that all requests are subject to availability and cannot be guaranteed.
- If I choose to stay in a shared room, can I request my roommates?
Yes, during registration you can request roommates by writing them down in the Note section. After registration you can request roommates by sending an email to registration@muktamar.us. Please note that all requests are not guaranteed.
- What kind of beds are in a double bedroom?
A double bedroom has 2 double beds.
- What if I need to make any changes to my registration?
Please refer to the Terms & Conditions on the Muktamar website for the cancellation policy.
- Can I cancel my registration?

- My child is a high school student. Can they register for Muktamar by themselves without a parent?
No. Every minor must be accompanied by a parent or guardian. Parents and guardians are responsible for their children at all times during Muktamar.
- It says that children younger than 6 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian to join the field trip. Does the adult have to register for the field trip too?
Yes, the adult accompanying a child under 6 years old must register for the field trip.
- When can I register as a bazaar vendor?
Bazaar registration will be announced to participants and posted on Muktamar’s social media sites.
- My question is not here, what should I do?
